Welcome Chief's, CVC's, and other Conclave staff! This new area of the site is designed specifically to help plan the best Conclave in the history of Section W4B! The most up-to-date information, including helpful documents will be posted on this section of the site, as well as frequently asked questions about the site and at the moment our progress in planning the site. Later, we will add a resource for CVC's to resources for Conclave, and view the map of our Conclave site. Keep checking this page for more up-to-date information on Conclave 2005!

As discussed at the last section meeting, our first choice is still the Naval Station off of 32n'd street in San Diego. Tiwahe has met with base personnel and the site looks promising, but there are still no guarantees until a contract is signed. Mataguay Scout Reservation is also reserved as our second choice. Because of new city regulations we cannot hold Conclave at Fiesta Island, so that idea has been scratched from the list. The final decision for the Conclave site will be made at the section meeting on October 9th.
